| spinach feta florentine chicken |
|
1-1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts (or tenders)
9 oz package fresh spinach
4 roma tomatoes, sliced
5 oz feta cheese
8 oz greek salad dressing (or raspberry vinaigrette)
16 oz angel hair pasta |
In greased 13x9 pan, layer spinach, chicken, tomatoes, then feta. Pour dressing over all.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered.
Cook pasta during last ten minutes.
Serve chicken and veggies over pasta.
