| elegant chicken and pasta |

1-1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
(or chicken tenders)
flour, salt, oil
2 cups whipping cream
5 oz shredded parmesan
8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked by package directions |
Slice each chicken breast in half and pound to 1/2-inch thick. Flour and salt chicken on
both sides. Brown both sides in oil in skillet. Place chicken in 13x9 dish and pour whipping
cream over chicken. Sprinkle parmesan over top.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over cooked angel hair pasta. |
