| peanut butter fudge |

16 ounces powdered sugar
1 stick margarine
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

-In microwave-able bowl, dump powdered sugar, cut up margarine and drop pieces onto the
sugar around the perimeter of the bowl. Put peanut butter in the middle of the bowl.
-Microwave on high for about 1 and 1/2 minutes, until margarine is melted. Remove and
stir thoroughly. May need to knead by hand (inside a plastic bag). Work in vanilla.
-Pack down and even into an 8 inch square baking pan. Chill in freezer for 10 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
