Name: sweet potato crisps
Ingredients:
2 medium sweet potatoes, sliced into 1/8” rounds
2 tablespoons  [1 T.] olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
      
Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 425 degrees [lower heat when cooking on rack]. In a medium bowl, toss
 sweet-potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
 Spread in a single layer on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake 30-40 minutes, turning
 every 10 minutes, until brown and the edges curl. Sprinkle w/ sesame seeds and parsley
 and cool slightly before serving.
