| roasted asparagus |
|
1 lb asparagus, trimmed
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
Salt and ground black pepper
|
-Preheat oven to 450°. In roasting pan, arrange asparagus and garlic, drizzle with
olive oil. Roast 20 minutes or until asparagus is tender. Drizzle with vinegar and
season with salt and ground black pepper.
