| artichoke appetizer |

1 can artichoke hearts in water
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Garlic salt
Paprika

-Drain artichoke hearts, chop into small pieces, add Mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and
mayonnaise, mix and spread in 9" Pam sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle with rest of Parmesan cheese,
garlic salt and paprika. Bake in 325 oven for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or baguettes, sliced.
