| pasta sausage squash dinner |

1 package (16 ounces) bowtie pasta
1 lb. fully cooked kielbasa/polish sausage
2 med. zucchini
2 med. yellow squash
1 med. onion
1 jar (26 ounces) spaghetti sauce (warmed)

-Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the sausage,
squash and onion in oil until vegetables are tender.
-Drain pasta; divide among 6 serving plates. Top with spaghetti sauce. Using a slotted spoon,
top with sausage mixture.
Yield: 6 servings
