| spinach lasagna rolls |

8-10 lasagna noodles cooked according to the package directions and drained
Mix together:
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 cups ricotta cheese
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

-Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour half of the spaghetti sauce on the bottom of
a 9x13 glass baking dish.
-Lay out one lasagna noodle on the counter and spread about 1/4 cup of the spinach/cheese
mix on top, leaving 1 inch at the end without. Roll the noodle up and place seam side
down in he baking pan. Repeat with the remaining noodles.
-Pour remaining sauce over the noodles and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
-Rolls can be frozen then placed in a Ziploc bag. Place frozen rolls in a pan with
sauce and allow to thaw; sprinkle with cheese and bake thawed rolls as directed.
