| chicken spinach manicotti |
|
5 ounces frozen spinach, thawed
6 ounces diced, cooked chicken breast
2-3 cups spaghetti sauce
6 uncooked manicotti shells
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded monterey jack cheese
|
-Squeeze spinach dry, place in a small bowl. Add chicken, set aside.
-Cook Manicotti shells according to directions.
-Stuff 1/4 cup chicken mix into each manicotti shell. Spread 1/2 cup sauce into an
11 x 7 in. baking dish. Arrange the manicotti over the sauce; top with the remaining
sauce.
-Cover and bake at 350 for 40-45 mins or until bubbly. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 8-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 mins; serve.
